ADHD Support

Focus · clarity · resilient attention

Seven adaptogens and neurotrophic mushrooms composed for the ADHD brain — not stimulation, but a slow rebuild of the terrain underneath cognition. Nerve growth factor, dopamine smoothing, cortisol steadying, cellular energy. A daily tonic that supports attention without the caffeine cliff.

The Story

ADHD isn't a lack of attention. It's a differently wired dopamine system — one that struggles to hold attention on the low-stimulation, and floods with hyperfocus on the interesting. Pharmaceutical stimulants force the dopamine signal louder. This composition works underneath that: it rebuilds the neural terrain so the signal moves more evenly on its own.

Seven ingredients, each doing something different. Lion's mane stimulates nerve growth factor — measurable regeneration of the myelin sheaths that speed signal transmission. Gotu kola raises brain-derived neurotrophic factor, the master regulator of neuroplasticity. Rhodiola and ashwagandha steady the HPA axis so cortisol stops hijacking focus. Cordyceps feeds cellular ATP for sustained mental endurance. Reishi grounds the excess reactive edge. Rosemary — carnosic acid crosses the blood-brain barrier — adds a gentle alertness note.

"Not louder dopamine. A calmer, wider channel for the signal to move through."

Takes 4–8 weeks to settle. Not a rescue for a busy afternoon — a daily practice for the terrain underneath attention. Works alongside prescribed medication (consult your clinician for interaction sanity check), and stands on its own for those who prefer to work without pharmaceuticals.

The seven ingredients
Lion's mane Hericium erinaceus

Hericenones and erinacines cross the blood-brain barrier and stimulate nerve growth factor (NGF). Measurable myelin regeneration and cognitive improvement in 4–16 week studies. The mushroom that literally regrows nerves.

Reishi Ganoderma lucidum

Triterpenes and beta-glucans. Grounding adaptogen — smooths the reactive edge that makes ADHD feel like being permanently over-caffeinated. Supports sleep depth, which is where cognitive consolidation actually happens.

Rhodiola Rhodiola rosea

Salidroside and rosavin. Arctic adaptogen with the strongest human data for mental fatigue and attention. Normalises the HPA axis so cortisol stops pulling focus off-task every few minutes.

Cordyceps Cordyceps sinensis

Cordycepin and adenosine analogs. Raises cellular ATP production — the mitochondrial fuel that separates "sharp" from "spent." Sustained mental endurance without the caffeine crash.

Gotu kola Centella asiatica

Asiaticoside and madecassoside. Raises brain-derived neurotrophic factor (BDNF), the master regulator of neuroplasticity. Traditional Ayurvedic brain tonic; modern human data on memory and anxiety.

Rosemary Salvia rosmarinus

Carnosic acid and 1,8-cineole cross the blood-brain barrier. Cholinesterase-inhibiting alertness note; the "quiet coffee" of the composition. Also documented mood lift at cognitive doses.

Ashwagandha Withania somnifera

Withanolides. The great grounder — reduces cortisol, deepens sleep, steadies the emotional edge without sedating cognition. Turns "wired and tired" into "calm and clear."

How to take it

15–30 drops in water or under the tongue, once or twice daily. Morning + midday is typical — not evening, because the rhodiola and cordyceps notes can push sleep back if taken late.

Effects are cumulative. The first week you might notice a subtle mood steadiness and less afternoon brain fog. By week four the neurotrophic work starts showing up as sustained focus on tasks that used to slip. By week eight, the composition has meaningfully rebuilt the terrain.

Cycling: 8 weeks on, 1 week off is a good rhythm. Adaptogens work better when the body doesn't fully habituate.

Safety notes
  • Stimulant medications (Adderall, Vyvanse, Ritalin): compatible for most people, but rhodiola is mildly stimulating — start with half-dose and observe. Discuss with your prescriber.
  • SSRIs and SNRIs: generally fine but rhodiola has mild MAO-inhibiting notes at high dose. Stay in the 15–30 drop range.
  • Autoimmune conditions: reishi and cordyceps are immune-modulating. Discuss with your clinician if you're on immunosuppressants.
  • Thyroid medication: ashwagandha can nudge T3/T4 — if you're medicated, monitor.
  • Pregnancy and breastfeeding: not recommended — ashwagandha and rhodiola lack sufficient safety data.
  • This is a tonic, not a diagnosis or treatment. If you need ADHD assessment or medication, please work with a clinician.
